What's In A Word: The Word Is "Truth"

Back in November I purchased the greatest little cards from a booth at the ICF Conference. Rather than let these gems continue to collect dust on my desk, it is time to put them to good use.

So here's the deal; this category is dedicated to inspiring words and any actions that can be taken to incorporate the chosen word into your day-to-day. My hope is that you have some fun with these words and maybe learn something new about you.

When I hear or see the word truth I think of…

Integrity

Being my authentic self

Speaking from the heart

Hearing between the lines or what is not being said

Reliability

Real

Honest

When we are being truthful with ourselves and others we are less likely to participate in activities or behaviors that do not positively support our forward movement and growth.

What does truth mean to you?  What can you commit to doing (starting today) to ensure that truth is a part of your daily life?

The truth to me means living in honesty, and accepting no less from those with which I deal.

Debo, that is awesome. Kudos to you! Living in honesty and surrounding yourself with people who are doing the same is a great gift to give to yourself.

Thank you so much for sharing. :)

Please take care...

Pam
